Title: Must be Expert Pilot to deal with hawk Attacks - Impacts
Post by: theleabres on March 10, 2013, 07:01:28 PM

If Hawks are in the area, they will own you no matter what you do.  The only thing you can do is fly high wait for the attack and have enough altitude to recover. Don't have the plane too far that you lose orientation after the impact. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6svzgN4BM2c[/url)

No damage occurred since I recovered.  Had I been lower, for sure a crash.  There were some slight very faint scratch marks.

Gusty sir! With my flying level, I am really glad I'm on the ground, not in the cockpit ;D
