Title: Bad Communication with RCMumbai.com Post by: Himadri Roy on May 31, 2015, 10:40:24 AM After having got my Flysky th9x in less than 24 hrs from placing the order on RCmumbai.com, i decided to place another order for a battery(on 26th May).
But it dint turn out to be the same experience. The communication with the RCmumbai ppl was a bit confusing and not satisfying. I did expect the parcel to arrive the next day(27th May) and was waiting patiently but it dint come. I thought of contacting RCmumbai but my father asked me to give them some time. The next day(28th May) also it dint come and i contacted Chintal Sir but the phone was busy so i contacted Kewal Sir who said that the order was shipped and i would surely receive the next day. I insisted him to mail me the tracking details and he said he would do so. the next day(29th May) checked my mail but no tracking details were provided and also the parcel didn't arrive. I contacted Kewal Sir asking him about my parcel and he said it should have reached by then and asked me to wait for another day. I requested for the tracking details and was assured that i would be given. The next day(30th May) neither the parcel arrived nor the tracking details. Decided to contact Chintal Sir(again busy! ??? ???). Contacted Kewal Sir and again the same thing was said :banghead: :banghead: Checked today but no mail yet! :banghead: :banghead: I'm writing this not out of frustration of not yet receiving the parcel but the poor communication and false assurances(where's my mail?). Why can't RCmumbai just send a simple mail with tracking details even after repeated request and assurance from the RCmumbai side? I stay in Mumbai but still i received parcel after 8 days..

Other Shops have automated system hence we receive all the details in time. Rcmumbai should start a work on this..
