Beware of dealing with him. He is from Kochi but works in kuwait. Imports RC items from kuwait.

I bought couple of rc items from him in early 2021, which he did delivered but the items where damaged. He did not take any responsibility.
Damages where minor so i ignored it and fixed it by myself.

NOV 2021 i bought couple of more items from him, paid him upfront around 1l and till now i have not received any items. He keeps making excuses , stories and keeps lying.
He keeps making commitments about the items and the refund but never delivers.

Recently i found that there more many people to whom he has done the same. Not sure if they are on rcindia.

2. gurpeet - 69k
3. subham - 1.25l

I am planning to file legal action against him. He is from kochi kerala, if any one can help us out with his address details.
Also if any one is from kuwait, i know the where he works, i am not sure about this but if it is possible to do anything in kuwait against him ?

I have paid 1.20 lakh and didn't receive any cars or cash till now

Form a group with the people who have similar issue/problem as been faced by you and then take the appropriate step.
Hope you are already there in RC WhatsApp group.

Not sure what will be the fate and outcome but things like this should be put to an end as this is completeley maiing negative impact for people who are into RC and like to buy RC stuffs from sellers.
