Learning to Fly

I am seriously thinking of switching into helis as I seem to have difficulty in locating proper space to fly planes. So a newbie question would be could one take on these models and replace the RC equipment with something else - say junk the 3 channel set for a 6 or higher channel one?

Nope i dont think its possible. The tiny helis are fragile, adding servos would increase weight so you need a bigger motor (two actually), to power the bigger motor youl need bigger batteries and so on, so effectivelly you will have ro replace every component.
No idea about changing only the tx/rx. I dont see the point in changing to 6ch cos the only diff will be in range. These helis fly only indoor so the tx it comes with is well suited for indoor flying. To fly outside you will need a FP and not a coax 3ch. An FP comes with a good enough radio. Either this or im wrong Cheesy

Are you going to stock fixed wings also or only choppers? And if fixed wings, what type? Electrics and/or Nitros? Also, please supply Online shop address.
                                                        Best of luck

good thought and finally there is light at the end of the tunnel... you will enjoy flying helis much more than a plane... its not that am against planes but flying helis is more complicated and will take all your skill.. and frankly they look more cool than planes :-)... hope i have not stirred a hornest's nest here..
