For Sale / Re: Foam Selling Company
Last post by Prajwal Kulkarni - March 09, 2026, 09:48:58 PM
I dont know about MOQ but i have asked about 10 sheets, 5mm , they said 1100 + shipping
so i think that could be the MOQ.
Type of foam is depron, I forgot to mention that in the original image.

I am yet to buy from them but a friend of mine as bought 60sq meter (so ig 120 sheets) of 3mm depron so ig its reliable but do take your own precautions against scam...
Hasn't happened with me but better to be safe than sorry.

you could reach out to them and ask the same and any other questions you have 😊

Well done looks great, many years back I had thought to make a similar machine but never got started. I have been cutting foam core manually.

I agree Pankaj ji, very good model for indoor fun or to get into helis.

Tools, Materials and Building Techniques / 4 axis CNC Hotwire Cutter
Last post by manu - March 08, 2026, 01:17:05 PM
Hi everyone, I have been building a 4 axis CNC hotwire cutter for a while now. Inspired by RC Keith. I was able to design a machine which uses mdf , aluminium extrusions and some 3d printer parts. The machine cuts high density thermocol wing cores very well. I've been working on this project since last September and to be honest, I was too sluggish in between. Attaching pics. Please let me know your remarks. Thankyou.
