use a bigger servo board like one from 43gram servo or higher.

i just have stuck 9gm servo .. thought of using that :P

you can but only with few leds. Start with 1 or 2 leds and check the board for temperature increase, keep it ON for say 30min and even after 30min the servo board is cool or with in ambient temperature then its okay you can add more but do it in increments of 1 led.

5 volts relay can be used with that to be safe.

@Parichya Don't think you will be interested, but this works just great for night flying and is designed specially for that purpose (To Control on/off + change modes from the Tx switch) and is super bright.

Night flying with these is just an awesome experience.
Completely value for money.

and how will i use it ?

you can search before asking questions.

Anyway,
Check the attached image,

A,B,C are normal terminals of a switch,

C is Common Terminal of switch,

If V1 and V2 Connected with voltage 5V
then the switch is on.

Thats all.

to powering relay you can use any controller servo/camera trigger pin

Search, Search, Search..........

If u want I ll send you one. Its better to go with a PCB version, coz they are easy to install, connect n use.

Well bro the Relay PCB ll be having 3 inputs. 1) 12/5V, 2) Ground. 3) Input Signal. You just need to plug in the pins. If you are using 12V Relay you ve to give 12V supply, else 5V, I think you need a BEC for this. U shld also connect the Ground. The input can be given through the receiver. I think you can use all the three wires from ur Rx, if you ve a spare channel, Connect the +ve to the +ve of relay, Gnd to Gnd n the signal to the Input of relay. It ll be easier all you ve to do is to use a 5V relay. I can do one thing on your behalf I ll test it using my receiver, n if I succeed I ll send u a video itself.

If you are using APM no need anything other than relay to control lights, read this to integrate relay to APM http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-relay/
