Do you purposely want to build it out of cardboard or is that you have no other option?

Because, I don't think cardboard would be a good material for RC planes? Coro is a much better option.

Hi Rohit bhaiya..,Yes i have no option but to chose cardboard  :o ...but yes coro is available .But for that i will have to wake up early in the morning and get(Get word would be better{nobody supported me in my colony but only and two although those boards were a part of advertisement of packers and movers and were free for all}) all those NO PARKING board on all other house gates  ;D  around 4.00AM ;D
And will be doing it tomorrow. :giggle:

Anyways i want gluing material for both card boards and coros. :)
Cardboards are easily available and are in plenty.

Yes it would be a much better option if you can get hold of coro. They are light, rigid and inexpensive.

As for cardboards you can use pretty much anything, hotglue, fevicol, even dendrite, for quick bonding you can also use fevitite rapid, feviquick, etc. There are many more, just do some relevant searches in the search box, alot has been discussed here regarding glues. For making control surface hinges you can use the English tape that is put on cricket bats at the bottom, u will get it in any cricket shop or otherwise you may buy fibre tape, it is available with rcelectro i guess, even rcforall has it.
