Please post a picture of what you are looking for. Brushed/brushless - Kv/RPM - voltage-dimensions - etc.

Have already given him so many suggestions, exact 10g and 3000kv can not be found easily, however like 10g 2900kv motors are available.

Though Brushless motors are the synchronous motor, 3000KV motor will definitely not run in exact 3000 KV x Supply Voltage even in full throttle and speed will proportional on mechanical load, exerted upon it. Moreover the battery voltage will change with the usage and hence the speed will not be so accurate.

So, the 3000 KV exact is easily can be adjusted with similar one, adjusting the mech. load pattern e.g. changing the prop in Plane.

However in some cases, the speed may be crucial if it is designed one and if the system have very little tolerance to adjust.

Hi,

There are a few shops which offer repairing of Helicopter and other chinese toys that have flooded Indian markets now a days.. I have seen in Delhi the person repairing these toys have a lot of broken heli and other toys - spares of which they are willing to give you for some price.

see if you find someone like this in your neighborhood or around you can choose from the variety of stuff there..
