Well... if you would construct one it may take a bit longer but the model will cost less maybe around Rs 3000 and you will know its strengths and weaknesses.  A used model could be a repaired one.... as most of my models are repaired..... but as I know how to make them I can repair them with ease and give the required strength.... that may not be the case with the model you get.

So my advice.... better wait and construct your model than look for a used one

@cavin,
If you have not yet bought the radio and engine, you could look at this:

Please search free plans here on this website and you will find links for Aerofred, HPA and outerzone.... you may be able to download over 500 plans of various kinds of models.... from trainers to outright stunters and aerobatic ones.... I do the same for my models.... If you need any help on the plan selection to let me know.

Most of them can be adapted to foam builds and you being in Bangalore I am sure heavy thermocol and deron should not be an issue.

Look at my build of kaiser and you will see how easy is it to adapt to a foam build.

Being a IC engine lover you may need to go for a Balsa build.... Best advice... go to Jakur airfield and meet the NCC aeromodelling instructor or the CO unit.  He will be able to help you build the model and also buy the kit if you like.

best wishes...
