Iyer ji , I checked the HK website. I'd prefer if I could find it in India, but thanks anyways  :thumbsup: I can atleast go with HK if I cant find it elsewhere. The aeroworks.co.in website is down for maintenance  :( and neither RCB or RCD have what I want  :-\

Any particular reason for this specification?
If really important/ urgent, i can loan/sell you mine.
May even have a prop.

Iyer ji, thats a very generous offer  :hatsoff: Its not very urgent, just want it for a Sukhoi parkjet that I'm working on  ;D The one at hobbysea.com seems like a good deal. Is the place reliable ? I'll search for reviews about the website and then go forward accordingly  :)

I have a few of these in my park flyers; Flying Wings "Raven" and Multiplex Pico Jet.. Good motor, sucks a lot of juice and needs a 40 amp esc.. if only it could give me more than 5 minutes.... lasts 5 min utes on a 20c // 3cell 1800mah pack.  I run this motor with 6x4 or 7 x 4 props on all my planes and it works well. I always run a Turnigy Plush 40amp ESC, slightly higher than needed but you don't have to worry about heat issues when installed inside the fuse.
I bought them after seeing this review by Experimental;

M Using the same motor on my AXN floater with 40 amps ESC.....works amazingly smooth.....takes off at 60% throttle :D

u can surely go for it...

Hobby sea is a good LHS and is reliable.... :)

My 2826 2200kv blew 2 GWS 7x3.5.
That was before i knew what that change in sound indicated. Blade flutter!
Used Sharma (glow) 7x5 that made motor and esc hot, till i got proper 6x4s.

Hi KK, I have used Sharma's 7 x 4's (Glo ones white or black plastic) on this motor and they work ok.. Have not tested the wattage or amps drawn but the motor and esc temp has been reasonable. Sharma's white props are very forgiving on heavy landings and so far I have broken a few APC's or APC style props but never Sharma's .. I always keep it in my flight box as a spare....try it you will not be disappointed.. cheap as chips.

We could never get Frog diesel to start I remember. Had to take it to india hobby centre opp Plaza in Connaught Place and the guys there would fix it on a test bench, prime it and start in two flicks...... Yes those were the days... 36 to 40 years ago.

@b4ggu
To avoid hijacking this thread any more, will respond to reminiscences separately.
Good to know you are at least 36-40 years old!

Hehe :D Yeah I think I'll go for this one. Only concern is, I was thinking of a dual prop TV system. I have a 2200 mAh 35C pack, which I think will not last long powering two of these  :giggle:

What's a 'dual prop TV system'? :headscratch:
P in P?  ???

My bad  :-[ Not "dual prop", I should have said "twin prop". TV = Thrust Vectoring  :thumbsup:
