@techno: it will be helpfull if you can mention the price of cf sheet of 2 and 3mm with size...

I would be interested in buying tubes / rods in 2mm/3mm and 5mm dia (similar to arrow shafts). Please PM me the prices of 10 units each (2mm rod, 3mm tube and 5mm tube) to Guwahati, Assam - inclusive of courier charges.

Techo is talking about sheets and not rods....

They are quoting for sheets of (l x b x t) -
Length ranges from 250mm to 1000mm
breadth is 100mm constant
thickness is 1mm , 2mm and 3mm

Yes Santosh, that's right. I have given the rates for the CF sheets of 100mm width. However one can order for a large size  sheet of 1000mm width x 1000 mm length / or more and thickness 1mm or more. I will  soon be posting for rods & tubes too.

Techno, pardon me if I'm missing something, but are these ready resin coated sheets or just flexible fibre sheets?

I dont think this will be a carbon fibre fabric.. They dont come in 100mm width.. :)

CARBON FIBER LAMINATED SHEET
They are rigid " ready resin coated sheets" also known as CFRP SHEETS.

CARBON FABRIC
Carbon Fiber Fabric comes in thickness of 0.2 mm ie: 5 layers would make 1.0mm thickness. The CF Fabric comes in width of 1Mtr.  The 0.2mm thick fabric would weigh about 200 Gms per square Metre.

There are thicker varieties and weave variants like plain weave, twill weave, etc

can we know the prices for rods... 1,2,3,4,5 mm solid and 5,6,7,8 hollow. as well as square
also for the CF cloth. for molding.

also let us know if u sell breather cloth and vacuum bags....

Techno...we RC modellers are interested in CF TUBES and RODS of various diameters from 1mm to 10mm  rather than sheets...as CF sheets are not easy to work with..

CF tubes and Rods are more used than sheets by modellers.

Sorry, at present we dont have the Square Hollow tubes. I have noted your requirement and will inform you ifwe have any in near future.

we can use these square CF tubes for wing spars and quad/hex/octa/ in booms.
