If not due to language barrier, your reply sounds less than polite. Divey is local to you and offering his engine out of compassion to help another flyer. You are not at Palika/Chandi Chowk where you can do window shopping and bargain.
If you have some one in US/UK who can send you packages, try sellers on e-bay US/UK or forums like RCGroup.com or Rcuniverse.com. You can get the engine shipped to their US address and ask them to send it through USPS.
