i am looking for a hex driver set (1.5-3mm), but was unable to locate it on any LHS(except RCHobbyAddict but a bit expensive). so if any of you guys can direct me to a LHS that has it, and is cheap, that would be greatly appreciated.

allen keys should work fine, but if you want to be comfortable get a holder for it. Probably just cut the L base of the key with longer driver remaining. Mount it to a holder.. thats all.

Just go to a Hardware shop. You live in a metro, what's the problem?
