No, I don't want Orange like local brand Lipo.
Infact, Orange is selling at premium price so obviously I will prefer Tattu & GensAce when price is same.

You are unlikely to get a tattu or gens ace at your price range. Consider going with a 'local' brand or keep waiting for a used battery to show up. I would any day prefer a 'local' brand than a used battery but its upto you.
