i already have a battery and a transmitter.......

Sir,
To get a meaningful reply you need to indicate details like glow or electric, desired size, budget etc.

You can take a look at this if you are looking for a 40 size glow trainer:

If looking for electric, the approximate cost would be:
2050+tax for a B6AC charger (Quadkopters.com)
700 for motor
700 for ESC
700 for 3 servos
700 for battery
700 for second battery
200 for props
500 for other essentials (undercarriage, wheels, pushrods, connectors etc)

Or about 6-7000 excluding radio.
AND EXCLUDING THE MODEL.
