A low kv motor is good for a quad, like about 1000kv or below, prop size in the range of 9"-11"inch which depends upon your battery setup and costs  above 10k for a good setup if you already have a radio or else you have to spend more for a radio.
Take some time reading threads and googling will help you.

You can refer to this thread for getting an idea about what all you would need:
http://www.rcindia.org/multirotors/choosing-motors-and-the-propellers-for-quadcopter/

Read it completely. After getting a brief idea, then you can ask any specific doubts you have over here.

Parts are good. You can also use the following ESCs:
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__9483__Mystery_30A_BEC_Brushless_Speed_Controller_Blue_Series_.html
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__13429__HobbyKing_30A_BlueSeries_Brushless_Speed_Controller.html

You can also save some money if you are willing to scratch build the frame. It isn't very hard. All you need is Plywood and 1/2" square wooden booms.

The radio mentioned in that parts list is a very cheap option. I would suggest you to put in a little more money and buy atleast a 6 channel programmable radio. It will save you a lot of money later, as you won't have to buy another radio when you need a programmable one.

A word of advice, preferably do not order a radio from an international site as it gets stuck at customs. It would be better to order a radio from a local hobby shop.
Take a look at this:
http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/2011-avionic-rcb6i-24ghz-6ch-transmitter-with-receiver.aspx

@irshtin,
Welcome to RC India.
Please do a little searching on this forum.
Adequate info is available.
You can start by looking at www.quadkopters.com
Then search for Mega list of RC outlets (on the home page of RCI)
There are now many Indian online stores with good reputation.
Best wishes.

The items might be a little expensive here but I suggest you buy from India . If you take the shipping charges , time and customs in consideration you wont be buying from Hobbyking . If you buy from your local hobby shop you can return the damaged or defective items .

Bought 10meter 6mm rubber tube from Hobbyking for USD 3.69, say Rs200.
Ended up paying Rs 850, due to shipping cost...

One lives and learns.

As an experiment, compare the landed cost of say a 'Sunbird' kit for Hobbyking, against the price from RCB/RCD Bangalore.
