After crashing three RTF (Two COX "Sky Cruiser" and One "Super Cub") I decided to build my own to learn to fly.
Heck, crashed again, real hard this time, and My ESC is BEC now
no power to motor, Motor shaft bent, broke prop
and 6ch Rx antenna almost fell off!
So I decided to build a pusher, as I will only trash the foam, not my electronics!
so here are the specs:
> A2212 1400Kv outrunner
> XXD HW30A ESC
> 9 x 6 Prop
> 3S 5000mAh battery
> 6ch DSM2 Rx
> Emax ES08DE 9g Servos
Building material:
> $1 20x30 3/16" Dollar Tree foam board
> 1/8" hobby ply (lasercut)
> Laser Cut control horns. (FT design copied
)
> Crashed "Super Cub" tires
> 1/16" steel wires (z band and tire)
Tools
> hot glue gun
> Razor blade
> Needle-nose pliers
> Straight edge, Ruler,
Here she is ready for its Maiden flight (hopefully I will not crash this time...
)
